2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Time
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Estimated delivery times:
- Within Pakistan: 3–7 business days
- International Orders: 7–15 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation message with tracking details. Tracking information will be active within 24–48 hours.
4. Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) service within Pakistan for your convenience. Please ensure availability at the time of delivery.
5. Customs, Duties & Taxes
Buy Your Thing is not responsible for any customs duties or taxes applied to international shipments. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
6. Damaged or Lost Packages
Buy Your Thing is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged:
- Please contact the courier service directly
- Keep all packaging and damaged items for claim purposes
7. Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for deliveries made to incorrect addresses.
